How to Navigate ENS
- Click
on the top menu to get started
- This opens your ENS Launch page showing your custom @Research Tracks menu plus What’s New and ENS Research Tips.
- Click on a @Research Track to open a dropdown menu of Sub-Sections. Then click on a Sub-Section to open all Research Topics for that Track.
- All BLUE-highlighted Sub-Sections are included in your ENS subscription.
- Note that GREY-highlighted Sub-Sections are not currently included in your ENS subscription but are available for upgrade. If you click these links you will receive a message that your company does not have access to that research content.
- Click on a Sub-Section to open its Overview page and top menu of Research Topics.
- Your navigation path is shown on the top bar. Example: @SD-WAN > U.S. U.S. Data.
- Click on a hyperlink to open and view a Research Topic.
- Your selected Research Topic will be highlighted in the menu – e.g., SD-WAN Customer Sites: 2021 – 2026 and remain open until you select another topic.
- Scroll down to view all content, which typically includes analysis plus graphics, data tables, etc.
- NOTE: For security, your ENS session will automatically timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- Collapse your open drop-down menu by clicking on the downward arrow next to a @Research Track. Go to

Print ENS Research Topics
- Click this
icon at the top of a Research Topic to print a PDF copy of the research content. Use your browser functions to initiate printing.
- Most Research Topics are equivalent to two or more printed pages. Note that ENS Research Topics are optimized for browser-based viewing. Printable version formats may vary from the on-line view.
Search ENS Research Topics
- Use the Search function on the top menu bar to enter your keywords and then CLICK this icon
IMPORTANT: Do not use Return/Enter. Use multiple keywords for the best results. - Search results will display one or more Research Topics. The @Research Track –> Sub-Section navigation path is shown for each result. A multi-page scroll bar will be shown if the number of Search results is lengthy.
- NOTE: Only the research content accessible with your company’s ENS subscription will be searched.
Mobile Device Navigation
- All ENS site features are designed to work with mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones.
- Some ENS page displays will vary based on the size of your device and your browser. If the full ENS dashboard does not appear on your device, look for a condensed menu icon (e.g., typically in the upper right-hand corner).
