Who is my company’s ENS Subscription Administrator?
- The name and contact information for your company’s ENS Subscription Administrator are posted on your Home page.
- Your Subscription Administrator is responsible for managing your company’s relationship with Vertical Systems Group, which includes coordinating use of the contracted Inquiry Hours included in your company’s ENS Research Program subscription.
How can I use Inquiry Hours?
- Inquiry Hours included in your company’s ENS Research Program subscription may be used for ad hoc data requests, custom projects, conferences with Vertical Systems Group analysts, technical questions, in-person meetings, methodology discussions, help on use of ENS, etc.
- To schedule use of Inquiry Hours, contact your ENS Subscription Administrator or Vertical Systems Group’s ENS support team at ENS-Support@verticalsystems.com. Please be specific about your inquiry so we can handle your request as efficiently as possible.
- Note that your Subscription Administrator may require that we obtain consent to utilize available Inquiry Hours prior to responding to your request.
What are the terms of my ENS Use Agreement? Are there restrictions on use of ENS information?
- As an authorized ENS user, you have accepted and agree that you are in compliance with all terms of the ENS Use Agreement. Use of Vertical Systems Group’s ENS market research is exclusively available to you as an employee of a company that currently subscribes to an ENS Research Program.
- You may share the ENS research content (including statistics and graphics) that your company currently subscribes to only with other employees of your company – e.g., for management presentations, internal strategic planning reports, etc.
- Non-employees of your company are explicitly prohibited from receiving ENS research supplied by you in any manner or format without the prior written consent of Vertical Systems Group. Note that non-employees include customers, consultants, contractors, accountants, bankers, marketing agents, media, and any other individual that is not a paid employee of your company.
- The ENS site is actively monitored by Vertical Systems Group for unauthorized access, and all ENS usage is tracked. Your account’s usage information is available to your company’s Subscription Administrator.
How should I source ENS information within my company?
- For use exclusively within your company, cite ENS information (i.e., including data, quotes, graphics, etc.) with the following attribution:

Can I publicly cite ENS information or graphics?
- Prior written permission from Vertical Systems Group is required if you would like to publicly cite ENS research – e.g., press releases, customer presentations, conferences, regulatory filing, etc.
- Please send your request to the ENS Research Department at research@verticalsystems.com. Specify the ENS information or graphic that you would like to use, as well as the context (e.g., statistic for a company press release, graphic in an executive presentation at a conference, etc.). Unless otherwise agreed upon, the following attribute must be included: “Used with permission from Vertical Systems Group, www.verticalsystems.com. All rights reserved.”
How will I know when new information is added to ENS?
- You will receive ENS Bulletins to your email account to alert you about new research releases. Please go to My Account / Settings to make sure that the Email me ENS Bulletins setting is checked.
- Also refer to the What’s New section of your ENS Research Topics Launch page for Vertical’s latest research announcements.
Do I need my Username and Password every time I log in?
- Yes, the ENS Research Program service is on a restricted site that requires your unique Username and Password each time you log in. Your Username is shown at My Account / Settings Your email address may also be entered as your Username when you log in.
- NOTE: For security, your ENS session will automatically timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity.
How do I change my Username and Password, or Account Information?
- Go to My Account / Settings to change your Password, update your title or phone number, and control your ENS Research menu settings.
- Note: For security you cannot change your Username, Email address, or Name. If an update is required for any of these account profile fields, please send your change request to research@verticalsystems.com.
Can a colleague at my company use my ENS password?
- No, each ENS user must have their own Username and Password. To request a new ENS account, your colleague should send an email to research@verticalsystems.com with their name, corporate email address, title and phone number.
- Our team will contact your company’s Subscription Administrator to authorize access. If approved, the individual will be provided with personal log in instructions.
